Ingredients
- 1 loaf of sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of 15% cooking cream
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
- Oatbox Salted Caramel Granola
- Powdered sugar
- Fruit, to taste
Preparation
- 1. Grease a baking dish with the butter.
- 2. Cut the bread into thick slices or into cubes and place in the pan.
- 3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, maple sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour evenly over the bread.
- 4. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours.
- 5. Pre-heat oven to 350°F and bake 45 minutes or until crispy brown. Serve with granola, powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
