Ingredients
- 1 banana, crushed
- ½ apple, grated
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ cup of plain yogurt
- ¼ cup of milk
- ¾ cup of Oatbox müesli
Preparation
- 1. Mix all ingredients together and savour for breakfast. You can prepare your Birchermüesli a day or two in advance to save you time on weekdays or to accompany a breakfast in bed on weekends.
