Ingredients

  • Pineapple smoothie:
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, or any fruit juice
  • 1/2 banana
  •  
  • For the topping:
  • 1/2 cup of Olympic lemon yogurt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Buckwheat, Almond and Honey Oatbox Granola
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup of fresh fruit

Preparation

  1. 1. In a blender, process all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour mixture in your breakfast bowl and top with yogurt, granola, chia seeds and fresh fruit.
