- Pineapple smoothie:
- 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, or any fruit juice
- 1/2 banana
- For the topping:
- 1/2 cup of Olympic lemon yogurt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Buckwheat, Almond and Honey Oatbox Granola
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1/3 cup of fresh fruit
- 1. In a blender, process all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- 2. Pour mixture in your breakfast bowl and top with yogurt, granola, chia seeds and fresh fruit.
