Chia Parfait with homemade strawberry jam

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) of plain or vanilla flavored yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) of chia seeds
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) of homemade strawberry jam (see recipe below)
- ¼ cup of Oatbox Strawberry and Turmeric granola
Preparation
- 1. For the bowl, mix the yogurt with the chia seeds and refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 2. When ready to serve, add the granola and homemade strawberry jam as toppings.
Chia Parfait with homemade strawberry jam

1 ½ cups (370 ml) of homemade strawberry jam
Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 ml) of strawberries, chopped
- ¼ cup (60 ml) of maple syrup
- 2 tsp (10 ml) of vanilla
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) of lemon juice
Preparation
- 1. In a pot, bring all the ingredients to a boil while making sure to mix every so often.
- 2. Bring the heat down to a minimum and let the mixture simmer for 15 to 25 minutes to let the strawberries lose some of their water.
- 3. Take off the heat and let it cool before serving.
