Chia, Peanut Butter and Granola Parfait
- 5 minutes
- 1 portion
- 1/4 cup of natural and crunchy peanut butter (we use natural peanut butter for a more liquid texture)
- 1 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- Oatbox granola to taste
- Fruit compote or jam of your choice, to taste
- 1. Incorporate chia seeds to yogurt.
- 2. Top with peanut butter, granola and fruit compote.
- 3. Enjoy immediately or as soon as you get to work!
