Cranberry Compote

Ingredients
- 213 grams (one pack) of fresh cranberries
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 2 tbsp of water
- 2 star anises
Preparation
- 1. In a saucepan, mix together all ingredients and heat covered over a very low heat.
- 2. Stir occasionally and heat until the cranberries are softened and the liquid has evaporated.
