Crunchy bites of fresh cranberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dark or milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup of fresh cranberries (about 6 oz)*
  • 1/3 cup of Dark Chocolate and Cranberry granola
  • Sea salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. 1. Place two-thirds of the chocolate in the top pan of a double boiler. Heat over hot but not boiling water, stirring constantly, until completely melted.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and add the remaining chocolate. Stir until completely melted and add cranberries to cover them in chocolate.
  3. 3. Transfer to a parchemin paper and sprinkle granola and sea salt over melted chocolate. Wait until the chocolate hardens again before breaking into pieces.
  4. 4. *Note that cranberries need to be completely dry. It is recommended to take them out of the fridge at least an hour before consumption.
