Grilled peaches

12 half peaches
Ingredients
- 6 peaches
- 15 ml of unsalted butter
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 cup of sugar or maple syrup
- 1 cup of whipping cream
- 5 ml of vanilla
- 1/2 cup of Oatbox Granola
Preparation
- 1. Cut the peaches in half.
- 2. In a pan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the peaches and grill them flesh side. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice.
- 3. In a big bowl, whip the cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- 4. Let the peaches cool a little and serve with whipped cream and Oatbox Granola.
