Lemon Poppy Crepes

Lemon Poppy Crepes

  • 6 crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups of flour
  • 1 2/3 cups of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cups of melted butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon's zest
  • 1 tbsp of poppy seeds
  • Oatbox Blueberry Burst granola, to taste
  • Lemon yogurt, to taste
  • Fresh blueberries, to taste

Preparation

  1. 1. In the blender, combine all the ingredients except the granola, yogurt and blueberries.
  2. 2. Once the ingredients are well mixed, spread 1/3 cup of the crepe mix at a time on a non-stick lightly buttered pan.
  3. 3. Fold the crepes in four and stuff them with granola, yogurt or blueberries, to taste!
