Mango and Chia Seeds Salsa
- 5 minutes
- 2 cups
- 2 mangoes
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) of chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5 ml) of vanilla
- 1. Wash and peel the skin off the mangoes.
- 2. Cut the mango into thin strips and mix with the chia seeds and vanilla.
- 3. Serve over yogurt with Oatbox Almond and Mango granola.
