Maple Coconut Chips

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500ml) of coconut chips
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) of maple syrup
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) of ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) of maple flakes
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) of melted vegetable butter
Preparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and spread the mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 3. Bake between 5 and 10 minutes until the chips are golden brown.
- 4. Let cool completely before consuming.
