1. In a large bowl, mix the sugar, flour and baking soda together. Whisk in the milk and egg, and beat until mixture is smooth. Incorporated the melted butter to the batter.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook about 1/2 cup of the pancake mixture at a time. Before flipping the pancake over, lay 4 or 5 pieces of banana and some granola on the pancake. Wait for bubbles to form and for the mixture to be cooked on the top before flipping over. Repeat until all the batter is cooked.
