When preparing your menu, don't be afraid to mix honey, fruits, cheeses, pancakes, sweet and salty breads and other baked goods ; having a little variety is always well-received and helps offering a complete and diversified food experience! It also helps making sure that everybody finds something that they like.
Pumpkin and other fall squashes are in season, making them perfect accessories for your table ; they can be used as placemats - just draw your guests name on them! Sunflowers, pine cones and leaves are also great low-priced decoration ideas that will easily help give your brunch a cozy fall vibe!
Fall marks the end of honey harvest and you have so many possibilities in kinds and tastes of honey, get your guests to discover that! A quick recipe idea? Add your favourite honey to fresh goat cheese and top it with granola! So good and it serves as a very different toast topping. Our favourite honey? Wildflowers raw honey from Miels d’Anicet!
Is there anything more refined that linen napkins? We don't believe so! They will add an elegant touch to your table in no time. Just fold them carefully and place them under each plate. Your guests will certainely be impressed!
Thanksgiving is the ultimate holiday to pay respect to our local products and producers. It is more than easy to purchase local fruits, cheeses, and meats ; you don’t need anything imported to make this brunch a true success!
