Papaya coconut chia bowl

Papaya Coconut chia bowl
  • 10 minutes
  • 1 portion


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple sirup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup of gluten free ancient grains granola
  • Lime zest, to taste
  • 2 large pieces of fresh papaya


  1. 1. In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds with the coconut milk, maple sirup, salt and cinnamon.
  2. 2. Let rest for a minimum of 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Before eating, add the papaya, granola and lime zest.
  4. 4. Decorate with more fruits (optional). Eat right away!
