Ingredients
- 1 cup of Matcha, Green Raisins & White Mulberries Oatbox granola
- 1 cup of stoneless dates
- ¼ cup of cashews
- ¼ cup of raw almond butter
- ¼ cup of honey
- 2 tbsp of ground flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of organic spirulina powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
Preparation
- 1. Blend the dates, the Oatbox granola and the cashews until the dates are in fine pieces.
- 2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the shredded coconut) and blend again until the mixture is homogeneous.
- 3. Form balls of desired size and roll them in the shredded coconut.
