Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Matcha, Green Raisins & White Mulberries Oatbox granola
  • 1 cup of stoneless dates
  • ¼ cup of cashews
  • ¼ cup of raw almond butter
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 2 tbsp of ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of organic spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. 1. Blend the dates, the Oatbox granola and the cashews until the dates are in fine pieces.
  2. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the shredded coconut) and blend again until the mixture is homogeneous.
  3. 3. Form balls of desired size and roll them in the shredded coconut.
