Local Strawberry and Chia Crumble

Ingredients
- For the fruits :
- 6 cups of fresh Quebec strawberries, cut in 2 or 4
- ¼ cup of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- ½ cup of sugar or maple sugar

- For the crumble :
- 1 ½ cup of quick oats
- 1 ½ cup of Oatbox Strawberry and Pistachio granola
- ½ cup of flour
- ½ cup of melted coconut oil or butter
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 10 mL of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- 1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
- 2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the fruits and pour into a baking dish.
- 3. In the same bowl, with a wooden spoon, combine all the ingredients for the crumble until the mix is homogeneous and the flour is absorbed by the butter or coconut oil.
- 4. Spread the crumble mix on top of the fruits and bake for 45 minutes or until the strawberries look well-cooked and the crumble is golden.
