Ingredients
- 3 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- Chopped chives, to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Lemon juice, to taste
Preparation
- 1. On your slices of bread, spread the avocado slices so as to cover the bread completely.
- 2. Add the radishes, the chives and the sesame seeds.
- 3. Before serving, add a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice, and a little bit of fleur de sel
- 4. Eat immediately!


Ricotta Toasts

Ingredients
- 3 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 watermelon radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of fresh ricotta
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Espelette pepper, to taste
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Chopped chives, to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- 1. In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp of olive oil, the Espelette pepper, the salt and the pepper with the fresh ricotta.
- 2. Spread the ricotta on your slices of bread, followed by the radishes.
- 3. To complete, add the sun-dried tomatoes, the chives, the sesame seeds and a drizzle of olive oil.
- 4. Enjoy immediately!
