Turmeric Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of ground turmeric
  • 1/4 cup of Oatbox Strawberry & Turmeric granola
  • Fresh fruits, to taste

Preparation

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix together the chia, the milk, the maple syrup and the turmeric.
  2. 2. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to let the chia expand.
  3. 3. Top with some granola and fresh fruits.
