1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cacao powder, baking soda and salt.
2. In a different bowl, mix together the cornstarch and chia seeds with the oatmilk. In the bowl of the stand mixer, with a hand mix the oil with brown sugar. Add the flour mixture, granola and the oatmilk. Mix on low speed until homogenous.
3. Using an ice cream spoon, form 6-8 balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 25 minutes, take out of the oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool down before removing from baking sheet.
