I had never tried the overnight oats, the oatmeal packages or the bars before and this was a great way to try them in a smaller quantity without committing to a package of 6. I used the overnight oats during a busy week to prep a breakfast and then kept the bar and the oatmeal in my desk drawer for when I needed a quick snack or breakfast. Will purchase again!
