INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of Oatbox coconut and cocoa granola
  • 1 cup of stoneless Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup or raw sunflower butter
  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

PREPARATION

  1. 1. Blend the dates, the Oatbox granola and the sunflower seeds until the dates are in fine pieces.
  2. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until the mixture is homogeneous.
  3. 3. Form 24 balls. Store in an airtight container.
